Promise Healthcare, Inc. is a Florida-based hospital company that owns and manages hospitals throughout the country. As one of the first healthcare organizations to venture into the Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) field, we have become one of the largest LTACH providers in the nation, nationally recognized for our acumen and success in operating specialty “hospitals within hospitals as well as free-standing facilities. ”

We are dedicated to our mission of providing quality specialty care for patients requiring an average extended acute care recovery period of 25 days or more. We specialize in the medical management of patients with complex, unresolved, acute, chronic or catastrophic physical and behavioral illnesses, as well as, multi-system disease processes and severe injuries. Promise Healthcare currently owns and manages 14 facilities in six states and has strategic expansion plans under development.
